     I was wondering if anyone had a problem getting their MD802 to connect to a printer and how they fixed it ? I am still working on the problem as I post this. Any help is appreciated.

     I have found answer to my issue

    1. run printer program

    2. plug scanner into computer after it turns on select Playback

    the printer program recognized the scanner from there
